Mission :
- • Carrying out the Study Program of Law concentrating on the nationally and internationally quality health law in order to produce professional, independent, accountable, cultural and religious human resources with entrepreneural spirit.
- • Conducting research and developing the health-based law (health law) in order to produce the environment-oriented and norm-and ethics-based quality of human life.
- • Carrying out the law- and health-based and environment-oriented law (health law) community service through the dissimilation of Sciences and Technology as the results of research in order to produce the quality of the community’s life and welfare.
- • Establishing and developing collaborations with different regional, national and international parties in order to produce the graduates of the study program of law concentrating on the quality and internationally quality health law.
ABOUT THE STUDY PROGRAM OF LAW
In the Study Program of Law of Bali Dwipa University, the students learn everything related to the practice and theory of law. Law regulates how humans act and behave so as not to harm others. It is true that learning law means learning more concepts and theories, and several law cases taking place. However, by the end of the time when the students are about to complete their studies, opportunities are offered to them to practice in law firms and courts so that they can understand what they have learned so far. If you have concerns about the law in Indonesia, the Study Program of Law is recommended for you. It is true that the legal situation in Indonesia is still far from being ideal. Laws are still frequently violated. Although there are a lot of lawyers, there are still many more opportunities to practice law.
WHAT IS LEARNED IN THE STUDY PROGRAM OF LAW?
The Study Program of Law is basically concerned with the theories and practices of law. In the earlier semester, we will learn Legal Studies, and Introduction to the legal system applied in Indonesia. Apart from that, we will also be provided with the legal studies-supporting courses such as Sociology of Law, Anthropology of Law, Phylosophy of Law, etc. We will also learn parts of the Civil Law such as Islamic Law, Customary Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Health Law. So many things which we learn in the Study Program of Law are very close to our lives. You will learn what law is in its wide definition, and its concentrations such as Economic Law, Constitutional Law, State Administrative Law, Law and Society, Legal Practitioners, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Public International Law, International Civil Law, Health Law and many others.
