Becoming the leading and nationally and internationally quality Study Program of Public Relations in 2035 which develops and applies Science and Technology particularly in the field of health.

Misi :

  • • Carrying out the nationally and internationally quality study program which produces professional, independent, accountable, cultural and religious graduates with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • • Carrying out research and developing Science and Technology in Public Relations particularly in the field of health in order to improve the environment-oriented and norm-and ethics-based quality of human life.
  • • Carrying out community service in the field of public relations particularly in the environment-orietend field of health by disseminating Science and Technology as the result of research in order to improve the quality of the community’s lfe and welfare.
  • • Establishing and developing collaborations with different regional, national and international parties in order to produce internationally standard quality graduates.

ABOUT THE STUDY PROGRAM OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

The Study Program of Public Relations of Bali Dwipa University is concerned with how to form and maintain the image of an organization/company in society. A public relations officer is responsible for managing communication between the organization and those outside the company (external parties) such as society, the government, and investors, and between the company and those inside it (internal parties), that is, its employees. He or she should also be able to make society sympathize and trust the company


What is learned in the Study Program of Public Relations?

The Study Program of Public Relations analyses, adopts, and refers to the three institutions of higher education that have the Study Program of Public Relations. It is concerned with the body of knowledge. It belongs to the applied sciences in the field of social humanities. It is a study focusing on the development of sciences and the knowledge of public relations. It is supported by the entreprenership skill designed in the curriculum of 144 semester credit units. The ability to master the basic skills , the theories of public relations, and the media studies allows the graduates to be able to analyse problems critically, apply the creative media, and have managerial capabilities and methodologies, causing them to be able to understand and explain the problems in society and to formulate alternative solutions from the communication prespective and media studies. The graduates are also expected to be able to criticize and synthesize the communication phenomena and media in society, implement the concepts and theories of Public Relations and the media studies, develop the strategic managerial capabilities and creative media to support developmental interests, the decision-making and the empowerment of society
